Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty will not offer a refund or exchange in the event a business closes or goes out of business before the expiration date printed on the certificate.
All products sold in this auction are sold as is in their current mechanical and/or aesthetic condition. No written or implied warranties are applicable other than warranties provided by the manufacturer. For motorcycles or other motorized vehicles sold in this auction, Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the items mileage, mechanical condition or the dependability of the items mechanical condition. Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty does not warrant or make any representations that the item will operate for any given period of time, either in the present or future. Ordinary operating expenses such as gas, oil, grease, tire repair and other incidentals are the responsibility of buyer.
By participating in the auction you agree not to hold Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty, its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees (the Company) responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including items posted. You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a traditional auctioneer. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.
If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty, its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of Kansas. Unless you and Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when Cumulus Media Partners - Kansas CIty materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the state of Kansas. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
Gift Certificates / Sales Tax:
Sales Tax and Gratuity are not included on the sales price of gift certificates. As a buyer, you may be subject to sales tax upon redemption of gift certificates at merchant location.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ITEM:
All orders will be pick up only.
Items will be available for pick up beginning the following Monday after the auction closes.
The high bidder will need to present a photo ID to:
